<p>The invention relates to a liquid detergent or cleaning agent containing a surfactant mixture which comprises at least one anionic surfactant and an alkyl polyglycoside (APG), a foam booster, and an electrolyte, wherein the ratio of anionic surfactant to electrolyte is greater than 10:1. Such detergents or cleaning agents are highly foaming and have a viscosity which permits the use thereof for washing by hand.</p> |
