A circuit device (200) is provided with a circuit board (1) on which a plurality of signal lines (8) for transmitting signals, and auxiliary wiring lines (90, 91) intersecting the signal lines (8) in a state wherein the auxiliary wiring lines are insulated from the signal lines are disposed, said auxiliary wiring lines transmitting the signals in the cases where the signal lines (8) have a defect. The circuit device is provided with a plurality of amplifiers (12) each of which has an input terminal from which the signals are inputted, an output terminal that amplifies and outputs the inputted signals, and a control terminal to which signals for controlling on and off of the amplifying operations are inputted, and the auxiliary wiring lines (90, 91) include an input-side auxiliary wiring line (90) connected to the input terminal, and an output-side auxiliary wiring line (91) connected to the output terminal. This display device is provided with the circuit device (200), and in the display device, the signal lines (8) transmit image signals. The present invention makes it possible to correct the defect of the signal lines without attenuating the signals being transmitted in the auxiliary wiring lines. |
