In order to enable guiding the gas emitted from a pouch cell to a prescribed position, this power source device is provided with one or multiple pouch cells (10) having a laminate film outer casing (11), and with a housing member (20) which surrounds the one or multiple pouch cells (10). The one or multiple pouch cells (10) each comprises a heat welded portion (13) which is formed by heat welding the laminate film, and a gas emission unit (14) which is provided on at least part of heat welded portion (13).
