PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can appropriately cancel a nip formed by a roller pair with respect to continuous paper, etc.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: an image forming part that forms an image; a plurality of roller pairs that form the image formed by the image forming part on a continuous recording material and convey the continuous recording material; and a crimp cancellation mechanism that rotates the plurality of rollers on rotation fulcrums provided corresponding to the plurality of respective rollers on one side of the plurality of roller pairs sandwiching the continuous recording material, so as to crimp/cancel the crimp on the continuous recording material. The rotation fulcrums of the crimp cancellation mechanism are provided on one side for the plurality of respective rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
