PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the heat of a reflection member to heat an endless belt.SOLUTION: A fixation device 100 comprises: an endless belt (fixation belt 110); a nip member (nip plate 130) coming into contact with an inner peripheral surface 111 of the endless belt; a heater (halogen lamp 120) disposed inside the endless belt; and a reflection member (reflection plate 140) disposed closer to the side of the nip member than the heater and reflecting radiation heat from the heater to the inner peripheral surface 111 of the endless belt.
