1. A toothpaste composition comprising:
an orally acceptable vehicle, an abrasive comprising calcium carbonate; and a binder system comprising guar gum and at least one cellulose polymer; wherein the binder system is substantially free of magnesium aluminum silicate, and wherein the guar gum is present in an amount of from 0.13 to 0.17 wt % based on the weight of the composition; wherein the guar gum is chemically unmodified guar gum; wherein the composition comprises sodium monofluorophosphate in an amount of from 0.75 to 1.5 wt % based on the weight of the composition; and wherein the at least one cellulose polymer is present in an amount of from 0.5 to 2.5 wt % based on the weight of the composition.
