PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reproduction or printing of a non-focused image when reproducing or printing images.SOLUTION: An image pickup device includes: an imaging element having a plurality of imaging pixels receiving light passing through all areas of an exit pupil of a photographing lens and a plurality of focus detection pixels receiving light passing through a part of the exit pupil of the photographing lens; a storing part for storing image data generated on the basis of signals outputted from the imaging pixels and focus detection information generated on the basis of signals outputted from the focus detection pixels; and determining part for determining a focusing state of the image data corresponding to the focus detection information stored in the storing part, on the basis of the focus detection information stored in the storing part. |
