PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee FIFO of messages and prevent double distribution while improving message processing performance flexibly with the cooperation of other substrates.SOLUTION: A message queue management device 10 comprises: an authority control unit 201 which refers to and updates a user information database 20 storing policy data for operating a user's message, permits a contractor account to execute the entire operation, and permits a general account to execute an operation according to the policy data; an order identifier control unit 202 which imparts an order identifier indicating an order in which messages are transmitted by a sender 2, to messages; an acquisition counter control unit 203 which adds an acquisition counter of a message transferred to a receiver 3; and a DB adaptor which searches for a message having acquisition counter of zero and also having the earliest order identifier in order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
