PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise of the bearing members different in a calorific value due to the attachment position to the case.SOLUTION: A developing device 5 includes: a lower case 76; two pairs of bearing members 82, 83, 84, and 85 provided on the lower case 76; and a first conveyance screw 55 and a second conveyance screw 56 pivotally supported at both axial ends of a rotating shaft in a rotatable manner by each bearing member and conveying a developer in an axial direction while being agitated by rotating around rotation shafts 55A, 56A within the lower case 76. Each bearing members 82, 83, 84, and 85 includes: bearing bodies 91a, 91b rotatably and pivotally supporting the rotating shafts 55A, 56A; and a seal part 93 for preventing the powder from entering each bearing body side by contacting with a peripheral surface of a rotating shaft 90. The volumes of the bearing bodies 91a, 91b are set according to a calorific value due to contact with the peripheral surface of the rotating shaft so that a heat generated by the contact of the seal part 93 and the peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 90 is sufficiently increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
