PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic microwave integrated circuit which reduces a circuit loss caused by a drawer line.SOLUTION: The monolithic microwave integrated circuit comprises: a substrate; a first pad that is provided on the substrate; a first line that is provided on the substrate and extends from the first pad; a second line that is provided on the substrate and extends from the first pad in a direction different from an extension direction of the first line; a first active element that is provided on the substrate and includes a first electrode connected to the first line; a second active element that is provided on the substrate and includes a second electrode connected to the second line; and a second pad that is provided closer to a side where the first active element is provided, than the first pad on the substrate while being separated from the first pad, and connected to ground. An electric length of the first line from the first pad to the first electrode is equal to an electric length of the second line from the first pad to the second electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
