PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of effectively utilizing irradiation light, without wasting light emitted from a light source.SOLUTION: An optical element 20 for irradiation range setting includes: a first surface 21 for refracting at least part of incident light parallel to an optical axis Ax to a direction of approaching the optical axis Ax; and a second surface 22 for refracting refraction light having refracted from the first surface 21 to a direction parallel to the optical axis Ax and emitting it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
