PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business management system in which a Z chart can be utilized for budget/actual result management.SOLUTION: A business management system includes: a result information storage section 22 for storing monthly result values; a plan information storage section 23 for storing monthly plan amounts; and a Z chart generating section 211 for generating a Z chart from the monthly result values and the monthly plan amounts. The Z chart generating section 211 obtains monthly plan amounts for each month in a current term from the plan information storage section 23 and displays the monthly plan amounts on a vertical axis relative to each month of a horizontal axis, and further displays a cumulative value of the monthly plan amounts from the beginning of the term up to each month, on the vertical axis in correspondence to each month of the horizontal axis, and then displays a moving annual total value in which the cumulative value of the monthly plan amounts and a preceding term result value for a period from each month of the preceding term up to a term end are added, on the vertical axis in correspondence to the months on the horizontal axis, in order to generate a term initial Z chart. When obtaining a monthly result value of the current term from the result information storage section 22, the monthly plan amount of a month corresponding to the obtained monthly result value is turned into the monthly result value in order to generate an actual result Z chart.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
