The purpose of the present invention is to provide an information processing device, information processing system, and control method, which improve a user experience in relation to content data distribution. Provided is an information processing device 12, comprising a communication unit 17, a storage unit 18, an input unit 20, and a control unit 21. The control unit 21: establishes wireless communication connections between the communication unit 17 and each of one or more terminal devices 13; sets a state of the terminal devices 13 with which the wireless communication connections are established to a first state; determines, when the communication unit 17 receives a prescribed request from a terminal device 13 which is in the first state, whether the number of terminal devices 13 which are in a second state is less than a prescribed threshold; if the number of terminal devices 13 which are in the second state is less than the threshold, changes the state of the terminal device 13 which sent the request from the first state to the second state; and causes the communication unit 17 to transmit, to the terminal devices 13 which are in the second state, content data in accordance with a user operation which the input unit 20 has accepted. |
