PURPOSE:To provide a route guiding device for vehicle which judges whether an approaching cross-point is a rotary cross-point or not and is capable of performing a route guide in accordance with this judgement. CONSTITUTION:Based on the information of a cross-point information storage part 10a contained in a map information storage part 10, whether an approaching cross-point is a rotary cross-point or not is decided in a rotary decision part 26. A route guide control part 26 performs the route guide in accordance with the approaching cross-point based on this decision result. In the route guide, the fact that the approaching cross-point is the rotary cross- point and the entering of an instructed route after going around a rotary in the case of a turning right/return direction are guided. By this guide, a driver can prepare the operation in accordance with the rotary crosspoint.
