PURPOSE:To attain compactness of a device by arranging the first rotary member connected to a ring gear and the second rotary member connected to a planetary carrier in a right/left one side of a planet gear type differential gear, and performing torque distribution in an output shaft and the rotary member through a clutch. CONSTITUTION:In an input shaft 1 extended from a transmission M, an input gear 2 for transmitting an output of this input shaft to a differential gear D is provided, to connect a sun gear 5, meshed with a ring gear 4 as an input element of the differential gear D, to a left front wheel WFL through the first output shaft 9L and to connect a planetary carrier 8 to a right front wheel WFR through the second output shaft 9R. In a side of the first output shaft 9L from this differential gear D, the first rotary member 10 connected to the ring gear 4 and the second rotary member 11 connected to the planetary carrier 8 are provided, to perform torque distribution by respectively connecting the first rotary member 10 and the first output shaft 9L by the first clutch CL, and the first/second rotary members 10, 11 by the second clutch CR.
