The element is formed as a sealing strip, preferably of metal, which projects from a floor plate (11) and extends into a wall. The sealing strip is spaced from and borders a plate of fibre concrete (111), which is shorter than the sealing strip. The element is secured to the fibre concrete plate through interspersed positioning struts, which are spaced from the fibre concrete plate. The fibre concrete plate is formed as an angled piece, whose shorter leg, which fits against the floor reinforcement, forms an additional free space between the wall shell (41,41') and the fibre concrete plate, supports the wall connection bars (22,22').
