A method of bypass-piping conduits, capable of efficiently carrying out the bypass-piping of a conduit when there is an already-installed obstacle on a conduit-laying path, wherein conduits (1), such as city water pipes are laid so that opposed end portions thereof face at opposite sides of an already-installed obstacle, such as a manhole in a sewage work existing on the conduit-laying path, the two end portions of the conduits (1) being connected together by a spiral pipe bent so as to bypass the already-installed obstacle, to carry out a bypass-piping operation.
