PURPOSE: An intelligent toy having short-range wireless communication device is able to complex action like conversation with user by using speech recognition and composition technology, executes role as intelligent electronic secretary to support user in using humane and intimate electronic pet, game character to increase reality, PC or in connecting to internet, has worth as humane user interface to make tender and intimate atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: The intelligent toy having short-range wireless communication device comprises short-range wireless transmitter-receiver(202) to connect with personal computer(PC) or internet by wireless; subsidiary antenna(201); central control device(203) with self-data processing faculty to control in/output devices; subsidiary memory machine(206); phonetic signal processing circuit(107) to in/output phonetic signal through speaker(209) and mike(208); in/output device of motor, LED, LCD, sensor etc. (205); in/output control device(204) to connect in/output device with central control device(203); charging equipment(211); charging and protection circuit(210) to charge charging equipment(211) and protect over charge, over discharge.
