PURPOSE: A system and method for acquiring a product and service information in real time are provided for acquiring an objective information with respect to a product or service provided from a web server. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of clients(110a through 110n) are connected with a web server(130) through an internet(120). A chatting server(140) is connected with a web server(130) through an online such as LAN for thereby supporting a real time chat. In addition, the web server(130) is connected with a member database(131) for storing a member information of a client registered as a member and a page channel database(132) for storing a channel-based information of the home page. The chatting server(140) provides a chatting module to the client(110) in an applet form.
