PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the transmission of data from a main control board to each control board when a power supply is turned on. SOLUTION: The security check time T1 of the main control board is not less than security check time T2 of a sub-control board, and the security check operation of the main control board is carried out later than the security check operation of the sub-control board. Consequently, when a CPU of the main control board starts to carry out the control of a game according to a program written in a ROM, each CPU of the sub-control board is already carrying out the control of the game. As a result, even if the CPU of the main control board transmits data to each sub-control board immediately after the power supply is turned on, each sub-control board can positively receive data since it is carrying out the original control.
