PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from leaking out to the external part from an operation hole of an operation chamber and to prevent an operator from inhaling the dust floating at the external part of an apparatus without hindering the operation for removing the dust from articles in the operation chamber. SOLUTION: The operation chamber which is provided in an apparatus main body 1 and has the operation hole opened at the front part of the apparatus main body and wherein the operation for removing the dust from the articles is performed from the external part of the apparatus main body through the operation hole, a ventilator 6 provided below the operation chamber, an air path through which air flows from the operation chamber to a sucking port of the ventilator by the sucking force of the ventilator, a filter 7 collecting the dust carried by the air flowing through the air path and a blow-off duct 21 for blowing the air from the upper edge to the lower edge of the operation hole of the operation chamber to form an air curtain for covering the operation hole are provided. An exhaust port of the ventilator and the blow-off duct are connected to each other and the air exhausted from the ventilator is introduced to the blow-off duct.
