PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shim device for a magnetic resonance equipment capable of reducing the expense associated with a shim element. SOLUTION: The shim device for the magnetic resonance equipment is stacked within a cavity (12) for housing shim elements (14, 18 and 24). Shielding effect good for the electromagnetic trouble originating from the shim elements themselves is obtained by perfectly providing the cavity in a conductor. The cavity (12) is obtained by forming antenna conductors (2, 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D) into a tubular shape to form the cavity longitudinally piercing through the antenna conductors and the shim elements are arranged in the cavity (12).
