PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-passage exhaust pipe for vehicle capable of sufficiently reducing exhaust noise in the low-speed rotating range of an engine and sufficiently ensuring the engine output in the high-speed rotating range. SOLUTION: Since an opening and closing valve 8 closes one sub-passage 6D of an exhaust pipe 6 in the low-speed rotating range of the engine with low exhaust pressure, the effective passage sectional area of the exhaust pipe 6 is reduced to reduce the exhaust noise. Since the opening and closing valve 8 opens the one sub-passage 6D of the exhaust pipe 6 in the high-speed rotating range of the engine with high exhaust pressure, the effective passage sectional area of the exhaust pipe 6 is increased to sufficiently ensure the engine output.
