PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end part joining method of a column and a beam for facilitating bar arrangement work of a column main reinforcement and a beam main reinforcement when joining end parts of the column and the beam in an upper floor or a rooftop floor, capable of surely fixing the column main reinforcement and the beam main reinforcement, and requiring no arrangement of a projection for fixing the column main reinforcement on the upper side of the column. SOLUTION: This joining method joins the mutual end parts of the column 1 and the beam 2 of a reinforced concrete building. The end part 15 of the column main reinforcement 11 of the column 1 and the end part 16 of the beam main reinforcement 12 of the beam 2 are joined by a joining member having a tabular member 18 almost orthogonal to the column main reinforcement 11, and a tabular part 19 almost orthogonal to the beam main reinforcement 12, and this joining member 17 is embedded in concrete 10 of the column 1.
