PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of suppressing occurrence of remainder of paste also when used for applications in which heat resistance is required and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using the composition. SOLUTION: This silicone-based pressure-sensitive composition comprises a crosslinked structure of a compound containing a silicone rubber and a silicone resin as main components. The silicone-based pressure-sensitive composition is characterized in that the gel fraction of the silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition rises in a range of 5-55 wt.% when heating of the adhesive composition is kept at 200 deg.C for 24 hr.
