<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproduction system capable of obtaining localization feeling, sense of wideness, and presence with a simple signal processing by using the absolute minimum number of speakers even in a place where acoustic listening environments are restricted. <P>SOLUTION: The acoustic reproduction system includes: a left channel speaker 1, a right channel speaker and a center speaker 3 which are respectively arranged in a first setting range corresponding to a back range from a listener's left side direction, a second setting range corresponding to a back range from a listener's right side direction and a third setting range corresponding to the front side of the listener; an adder 13 for adding sound signals of right and left channels; a time correction circuit 15 for delaying a sound signal to the left channel speaker 1 so that first to third periods required for the arrival of first to third sound waves from the center speaker 3, the left channel speaker 1 and the right channel speaker 2 at the listener are made equal; and a time correction circuit 16 for delaying a sound signal to the right channel speaker 2 so that the first to third periods are made equal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
