<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor blade of a wind turbine generator system and its manufacturing method, for restraining heating reaction in manufacture, and reducing a danger of waviness of a roving web of an inner part. <P>SOLUTION: In this rotor blade 10 of the wind turbine generator system, the rotor blade has an outer shell and support structures 14 and 16 joined to the outer shell. The support structures 14 and 16 include a plurality of components 24 inserted into and joined to the support structures 14 and 16 so as to form a support structure for hindering deformation of the roving web of the support structures 14 and 16. The components 24 and the roving web of the components 24 are put in an already completed hardened state when inserted into the support structures 14 and 16, and are undeformable against bending. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
