PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt waste regenerating device capable of preventing shaft run-out of a flame introducing cylinder, and capable of suitably preventing shaft run-out of a drum. SOLUTION: This asphalt waste regenerating device 10 has a burner 37 heating and melting asphalt waste inputted in the drum 12, and the flame introducing cylinder 36 having the innermost end side fixed to an inner bottom part of the drum 12, having the tip side extended toward the opening part 13 side of the drum 12 and introducing a flame from the burner 37 into the drum 12 by opening the innermost end side, and is characterized in that a tip part of the flame introducing cylinder 36 is arranged by projecting outside more than an opening part of the drum 12, and a support roller 46 for rotatably supporting the tip part of the flame introducing cylinder 36 is arranged in a support part 16.
