PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making and excellently practical measuring garment designed so that anybody can easily and rapidly measure and obtain the body size of a subject person. SOLUTION: The measuring garment has the following structure: a scale part 3 is formed at a measuring garment body 2 to be worn by the subject person 1 so as to obtain the body size of the subject person 1 which is required to make a garment corresponding to the body shape of the subject person 1; the scale part 3 is designed so as to display, on the measuring garment body 2, a plurality of scales 3a enabling measurement of a distance from a measuring reference part 4 of the measuring garment body 2 worn by the subject person 1. The position displaying the scales 3a at the scale part 3 is set so that reading the scales 3a results in measuring the distance from the measuring reference part 4 to a prescribed measuring position varied depending on the body shape of the subject person 1 to obtain at least one variety of the body size of the subject person 1.
