PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composite material having stable electrical conductivity and adhesiveness in a temperature range to use the silicone rubber. SOLUTION: The silicone rubber composite material has a tacky adhesive layer stuck laminated by adhesive force on a silicone rubber sheet substrate, wherein the adhesive layer is composed of a cured product of an electrically conductive silicone adhesive composition containing (A) an organopolysiloxane expressed by formula (1); R<SB>a</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a)/2</SB>(R is a univalent hydrocarbon group; and a is a positive number of 1.95-2.05), (B) an organopolysiloxane containing a structure unit expressed by formula (2); R<SP>1</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>1/2</SB>(R<SP>1</SP>is a univalent hydrocarbon group) and SiO<SB>4/2</SB>unit at an (R<SP>1</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>1/2</SB>)/(SiO<SB>4/2</SB>) molar ratio of 0.5-1.2, (C) electrically conductive powder composed of inorganic powder or organic resin powder whose surface is coated with a metal by plating, and (D) a crosslinking agent.
