<p>The device has guidance (30) for an output shaft (24) arranged in a pressure chamber. The output shaft divides the pressure chamber into a set piston sided pressure chamber (32) and a housing-sided pressure chamber (34). The pressure chamber (32) is connected with an inlet (20) and a return pipe. A fit is designed between output shaft (24) and the guidance in such a manner that a throttle flow takes place from the pressure chamber (32) into the housing sided pressure chamber (34).</p>
