A divisional tuning device is provided to remove the necessity of consideration of a deviation other than a driver IC and allow a naked eye sensibility quality tuning in implementing the same screen image. A mobile system(203) transmits control data and display data to a drive IC(206). The driver IC performs divisional tuning. A display panel(209) displays both screen images before and after being tuned by the driver IC. The first command register(212) transmits a command language with respect to the first image data to a graphic RAM(218). The second command register(215) transmits a command language with respect to the second image data to the graphic RAM. The graphic RAM stores image data. A timing generator(221) provides timing data required for each image data received from the graphic RAM.
