An apparatus for attaching and detaching a floor cloth and a cleaner having the same are provided to separate a heated floor cloth pad from a body safely without a burn and to detach a floor cloth plate from the body easily by combining front and rear parts of the floor cloth plate with the body detachably. An apparatus for attaching and detaching a floor cloth comprises a floor cloth plate(120), and detachable parts. The floor cloth plate is formed at a lower side of a body(110) to attach and detach a floor cloth pad(130) using a Teflon tape. The detachable parts, including front and rear detachable parts(210,220), are formed at connected areas to attach and detach the body to/from the floor cloth plate.
