E-MAIL TRANSMISSION METHOD AND FACSIMILE TRANSMISSION METHOD WITH SIMPLE OPERATION, AND TELEPHONE SET EQUIPPED WITH FUNCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an E-mail transmission method and a facsimile transmission method with a simple operation for transmitting e-mail in a short time easily to a designated address, regardless of user's operation skill, and to provide a telephone set equipped with the function thereof. SOLUTION: A user for operating e-mail transmission inputs his/her user ID, and a telephone set 1 authenticate the user (S2). Success of the authentication is determined (S3), and an address list of e-mail is displayed to the user (S4). The address list is stored in an address management portion 6 (S6). The user specifies a recipient from the displayed address list (S5). E-mail is transmitted to the selected address (S7). The text of the e-mail is selected from documents stored in an e-mail document management portion 4 (S8). After the e-mail transmission is completed, history of the e-mail transmission is recorded (S9).
