PURPOSE: An operating tool is provided, which can reduce power which is applied to work and can improve convenience of an operator. CONSTITUTION: An operating tool comprises a working unit(10) receiving the working object; a grip unit(30) of a rod-shape which transfers the working unit in the direction of work; and a slope connector(50) which is placed between the working unit and grip unit and interconnects the working unit and grip unit. The slope connector connects the working unit and grip unit to accomplish the slope of the grip unit.
