The present invention provides an adaptive cruise control system of a vehicle. According to the present invention, provided is the adaptive cruise control system of a vehicle, which comprises: a distance detection unit detecting a distance between a front barrier and a vehicle; a user interface receiving the target speed and target acceleration of a vehicle; and a control unit setting acceleration based on the detected distance between the front barrier and the vehicle and the target speed. Moreover, the control unit accelerates the vehicle to the target speed based on the inputted target acceleration value. |
