In some example, a method performed under control of a server may include receiving, from a plurality of mobile devices over a period of time, location information that identifies a point of interest; determining a number of times that location information identifying the point of interest has been received from one or more of the plurality of mobile devices; and implementing a beacon based on the number of times that location information identifying the point of interest has been received. |
