METHOD FOR MANUAL MIXING COMPONENTS AND A MIXING FILM CONTAINER

A method for manual intensive mixing difficultly compatible components in such a way that a product is obtained in place of use in a mixing film container, which is sectionalized for storing said components with the aid of a sealed partition, consists in repeated intensive shaking the content of a common chamber which is formed by removing the sealed partition and has necessary temporary rigidity (stability of shape), has a maximum internal volume and is filled with components and a gas (air) in a volume ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 part per 1.0 part of a total volume of mixable components. The inventive mixing film container for obtaining the product according to the claimed method consists of film sections which are interconnected by means of the sealed partition and contain initial components, wherein at least one base or additional section of the container contains inert and active gas taken in the above volume which provides the common mixing chamber with a maximum internal volume, the required temporary rigidity (stability of shape) and a temporary free volume while the chamber content is shaken. The maximum internal volume of the common chamber is determined from a relationV≥&Sgr;V+ &Dgr;V= (1.1÷2.0)&Sgr;Vwherein Vis the maximum internal volume of the common chamber, &Sgr;Vis the total volume of mixable components and &Dgr;Vis the increase of the internal volume attained by the sealed partition removal and by the structure shape stability.
