PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable epoxy resin composition capable of forming a cured product excellent in transparency, heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, and adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The curable epoxy resin composition contains a siloxane derivative (A) having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule and an acrylic resin (B). The acrylic resin (B) is a polymer containing an acrylic monomer and a styrenic monomer as monomer components and having an epoxy group in a side chain. In the curable epoxy resin composition, it is preferable that the ratio of the siloxane derivative (A) having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule is 65-95 wt.% and the ratio of the acrylic resin (B) is 5-35 wt.% based on the total amount (100 wt.%) of the siloxane derivative (A) having two or more epoxy groups in the molecule and the acrylic resin (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
