The present invention relates to a concrete structure system of a building and an apartment house and, more specifically, to a concrete structure system of a building and an apartment house, which reduces construction time as a reinforcing bar placing work, a mold installing and removing work, and a support installing and removing work for supporting a mold used to construct a concrete structure are not required, and improves durability by preventing concrete neutralization. The concrete structure system of a building and an apartment house comprises: latticed reinforcing bars which are arranged in a latticed shape; a pair of mesh assemblies; a steep plate which are fixed to the top ends of the mesh assemblies; reinforcing bars for a slab which are fixed to the top end of the steel plate; and supports which support the mesh assemblies. |
