The present invention relates to a carbon fiber layer to which a carbon coating is applied. The disclosed carbon fiber layer to which a carbon coating is applied comprises: a carbon fiber layer having a plurality of carbon fibers arranged; and a carbon thin film layer which is coated on surfaces of the carbon layers, and contains carbon. In addition, the present invention can increase adhesion of a carbon fiber layer and a carbon thin film layer.
