PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map creation system, a map creation device, a map creation method, a program, and a recording medium which can register evaluation information of road sections on a map by suppressing subjectivity of evaluators, and represent on the map evaluation information that meets interest of a map user.SOLUTION: A map creation system comprises: a digital map database which stores a digital map; a road evaluation information database which stores road evaluation information; position information acquisition means which outputs information of a position where a vehicle driven by an evaluating user travels at every predetermined timing as position information data; map information creation means which creates a route through which the vehicle has actually traveled on the basis of the pieces of position information data, and causes the road evaluation information database to store an evaluation result from the evaluating user using a road section evaluation sheet which enables a user to evaluate road sections divided based on predetermined conditions, as the road evaluation information; and evaluation applied map creation means which creates an evaluation applied map applying the road evaluation information. |
