A fuel filter 22 has a case 31. The case 31 has a cup 32 and a cap 33. The cup 32 and the cap 33 can be attached to and removed from each other by means of a connecting mechanism 41. The case 31 has an air passage 71 for discharging air. The air passage 71 has an annular capturing passage 72 that is formed between the cup 32 and the cap 33. A plurality of through holes 77 are formed in the cap 33. The through holes 77 are dispersively disposed along the capturing passage 72. Air flows out to the capturing passage 72 through the through holes 77. Air reaches a lead-out passage 78 through the capturing passage 72. Air is discharged from the lead-out passage 78 through an exit passage 79.
