PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor, capable of suppressing increase of leakage flux, preventing a deviation of relative positions of an axis of rotation and a rotor core while preventing reduction of motor characteristics, and controlling rotation with high accuracy, and to provide an electric motor.SOLUTION: The rotor includes a nonmagnetic axis of rotation 21, a rotor core 23 externally fitted to the axis of rotation 21, and a plurality of permanent magnets 27 radially disposed in a circumferential direction along a radial direction of the rotor core 23, in which a rotation stopper part 5 for preventing mutual relative rotation is formed at an outer peripheral surface of the axis of rotation 21 and at an inner peripheral surface of the rotor core 23, and radial direction inner end faces of the permanent magnets 27 are brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the axis of rotation 21. |
