Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a touch control display panel and display device. The touch control display panel comprises an array substrate and a color film substrate stacked in layers. The color film substrate comprises a first edge region extending out of an edge of the array substrate. A predetermined surface of the first edge region is provided with an external pin connected to a touch control circuit. A part of the array substrate corresponding to a location of the color film substrate extending out of the edge region of the array substrate is removed, and the edge region of the color film substrate extending out of the array substrate is left unchanged. The external pin is arranged on the edge region to connect the touch control circuit, thus realizing an on-cell or in-cell touch control function, and increasing a utilization rate of the color film substrate.
