PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device capable of easily moving an object to be moved to a desired screen, a display control method, and a program.SOLUTION: It is specified that the object is selected from a plurality of objects 202 displayed on the display screen 201 of a display part. A scroll bar 301 for moving the display position of the selected object is displayed on the display screen 201 in response to a fact that the selection of the object 202 is specified and the movement instruction of the display position of the object through the scroll bar 301 displayed on the display screen 201 is received. The arrangement position of the selected object is decided on the basis of the received movement instruction.
