An energy storage charging device. The device comprises: an energy storage apparatus (110) which comprises a plurality of energy storage sub-apparatuses (112) in cascading connection, wherein the energy storage sub-apparatus comprises a switch unit (114) and an energy storage unit (116), and the switch unit in the energy storage sub-apparatus is used for controlling an access state of the energy storage unit; a detection apparatus (120) which is used for being connected to a load and detecting power of the load; a processing apparatus (130) which is used for calculating the number of energy storage sub-apparatuses which are required to be accessed according to the power of the load when output power of the energy storage apparatus matches the power of the load, and outputting a processing result; and a control apparatus (140) which is used for generating a switch control signal according to the processing result to control a switch state of each switch unit so as to control the access state of each energy storage unit. The energy storage charging device can adjust output power according to power of a load, thereby enabling the output power of the energy storage charging device to match the power of the load, and improving charging efficiency.
