The method comprises: an access point (AP) determining information about an expected receiving power when a plurality of stations (STAs) send uplink information to the AP on the same time and frequency resource; and the AP sending the information about the expected receiving power to the plurality of STAs, so that each STA of the plurality of STAs determines a sending power according to the expected receiving power. The technical solution can ensure that an AP uses the same or similar receiving power to receive uplink information sent by different STAs.
