Provided are a multimedia stream multicasting method and device. The method comprises: a sending end broadcasts a multicast address of a multimedia stream to a plurality of virtual machines within a current network; the sending end receives a first thin terminal address of a first thin terminal corresponding to a first virtual machine within the plurality of virtual machines; the sending end adds the first thin terminal address to a networking address list, and multicasts the multimedia stream to thin terminal addresses within the networking address list. |
