A processing method for a secondary evolved Node B (SeNB), comprising: a mobility management entity (MME) receiving a first request message from a master evolved Node B (MeNB), wherein the first request message is used for requesting to conduct dual connection processing on the SeNB; and the MME sending a second request message to the SeNB according to the first request message, wherein the second request message is used for requesting the SeNB to conduct dual connection processing. By means of the solution, the problem existing in the related art that a dual connection of an evolved Node B cannot be realized when no X2 interface exists is solved, so that the effect of the dual connection of the evolved Node B also can be realized in the case where no X2 interface exists. |
